DadStoic Ep.8 - How transferring aversion changes the game

When we switch from being averse to things that happen to us ( incomplete control) to being averse to the way we think about things, form opinions about them and then our reactions ( hings we have complete control over),  real change can take place and we can start getting a handle on our emotions. With a few intentional steps we can stop the cycle of negative emotions and experience true tranquility and better quality of life.
