We have been talking about putting habits into place to form routines that set us up for success. When implementing beneficial actions it is advisable to cut out unhelpful behaviours. What are the things that waste your time and energy and that weaken your resolve when it comes to sticking to the actions we have decided are good for you?  By cutting them out, we increase the likelihood that adopted actions become habits, habits become rituals that increase our tranquillity and ultimately our contentment and satisfaction in life.
