Casey Bard is the father of 6 year old boy-girl twins,  is happily married and lives in upstate New York. He also the CEO of Tacticalories Seasoning CO. 

Casey and I have a great conversation about what 2020 has been like for him and his family and how he has chosen to focus on the positive.

We then discuss how having twins of different genders gives one a unique perspective of many aspects of life and the way our children are growing up.

We touch on masculinity and the misconceptions people have about it, and how from observing our own children, we have seen how raising strong sons is beneficial for raising strong daughters.  

Casey then shares about how important his family is to him.  But he isn't simply paying lip service to this priority, he really lives this, often rushing through other things so that he can get home to his kids to play in the back yard, ride bikes or just spend quality time together. 

I am sure you will hear that Casey is an example of how we should all approach fatherhood.
