#47 | TANNER GUZY | THE APPEARANCE OF POWER: DADS AND HEROES

“A lot of men don’t like to admit to themselves or anyone else that their image matters, so they pretend to just ignore it. But even someone as slovenly as Jeff Lebowski wouldn’t walk out in public in a dress or just a garbage bag. On the most basic level, all men know that their clothing communicates who they are, what they think of themselves, and the respect they command (or fail to) from the world around them.” -  Tanner Guzy, Masculine Style Website

Tanner is the author of The Appearance of Power, a Men’s Style Coach, husband and father of 4. In this episode, Tanner and I cover a lot of ground as far as raising our children in a way that allows them to survive and thrive in an ever-changing world. Besides discussing masculine style and how the way we dress can help us step up like the men, husbands and fathers we are capable of being, Tanner and I  talk about homeschooling, the way that faith can form a strong foundation for fathering and the catalyst negative experiences can be for change.

Enjoy!
