Today\u2019s My Thoughts Monday is based on a discussion I had this week with our coaching staff about the use (or lack there of) of cold water immersion with our student athletes in the non competitive season. I had made the mistake of not communicating the why\u2019s and how\u2019s to what we had planned and why we wanted to limit the use of these modalities.
