Today we get the pleasure of talking training and transfer with ALTIS\u2019 Dan Pfaff. Dan starts out discussing what they\u2019re looking at when it comes to developing training programs for their athletes. We then get into KPI\u2019s, what they are, how they\u2019re set up, and how they organize the different \u201cfiles\u201d they have. He then shares with us how they evaluate their athlete\u2019s and how they establish what\u2019s important, where they need to make corrections, and how there are always specifics to what they\u2019re doing. Next he touches upon the role of the weight room and some things he has seen through out his career with training in the weight room, and finish off discussing the importance of mentors in professional development.
