Oscar Merino is the founder of the Arts & Entertainment agency 52BLEND. He was a promoter for Columbia records and was the first Salvadoran to work as a music promoter in the United States. He has worked with artists such as Cypress Hill, Mariah Carey, The Fugees, Public Enemy, and Jamiroquai.
