Steve Maxwell is recognized as one of today\'s most creative and innovative strength and conditioning coaches. He was the first American to receive a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu from renowned BJJ practitioner Relson Gracie. He has trained people such as Brad Pitt, Joe Rogan and Royce Gracie and was the first American certified to teach Gracie Jiu-Jitsu.

His development of fresh, well-rounded, effective mixed modality and joint mobility workouts is the latest example of how he integrates multiple techniques into an accessible system for regaining and retaining range of motion.

Steve has been featured in Men\'s Health magazine and has been listed as one of America\'s top trainers. He has been a guest on podcasts such as London Real and the Joe Rogan Experience. He spent fifteen years traveling the world as a nomad, teaching seminars and owning nothing but what he could carry on his back. He values minimalism, longevity, and coordination between sustainable diet, varied movement and intentional thinking.
