In today’s solo jam episode, I am sharing a Facebook live I did the other day. The response was truly wonderful, so I wanted to share it with you here. I am sharing how it wasn’t until recently that I have felt this strong pull towards coaching heartbroken women. Helping them turn their heartbreak into healing. My job as a life coach is to help women use their grief for growth and show them how to reclaim their joy and feel alive again which I’m diving deep into today! My mission with this episode is to show you that you don’t have to sit in the trauma. You can lose your joy, learn how to process it, regain your feeling and then start the healing. I know this because it happened to me. Which is why I share my story with you today so I can help you! We can suffer from all kinds of loss. Physical, emotional, a job, divorce, a breakup and even ourselves. Please know that grief and joy can exist in the same place and I am here to tell you that with tools such as having a game plan, guidance and learning how to heal your emotionality and holding yourself accountable you are on the right path.
