Especially if she feels she\\u2019s invisible or like they\\u2019re intentionally leaving her out\\xa0

Because if there\\u2019s one thing I hear from my clients regularly,

it\\u2019s hard to constantly take that social and emotional risk and put yourself \\u201cout there.\\u201d
