There is a battle between God and the forces of darkness that has been waging from the beginning of creation until now. In Exodus 7 we see the plagues begin and enemies attempts to mimic the power of God. We must be careful and discerning about where we put our trust because the enemy can easily deceive. We are confronted with many other beliefs and saviors every day that seem to be just as good an option as Jesus but are powerless to save us.
