22-Anna Zwanzinger

Published: July 14, 2020, 8 a.m.

Coral and Dusty are sweatin' to the oldies this week with Anna Zwanzinger, a German serial killer from the 19th century who poisoned her beloveds...and a whole lot of other people. Executed by sword in 1811, her final words were, "It is perhaps  better for the community that I die, as it would be impossible for me to give up the practice of poisoning people." Listen and Coral and Dusty discuss the overlap between narcissism, psychopathy, and factitious disorder imposed on another.
