Suella Holland, Photographer

Suella Holland has been taking photos since the late 1980s. She graduated from studying Photography in Dublin Institute of Technology in 1993 and after college was employed there as a supervisor for students’ studio sessions and as a lecturer in Introduction to Photography in DIT Mountjoy Square for Design Display students. For twenty-plus years, she's been working for a publisher and serves as the staff photographer. In 2013 she initiated work on the abandoned buildings within Ireland under the name Forsaken Ireland. Suella also works with local schools to teach photographic skills to children. She is currently working with Heather Smith, a photographer based in Denver, Colorado, USA on a long distance collaboration.
