We hear it all the time..in order to lose weight you have to eat LESS and move MORE.
In this episode, I’m going to bust that eat less move more myth. If it were that simple as calories in, calories out, we’d all have this weight loss resistance thing solved and no one would be overweight. BUT, that just doesn’t seem to be the case.
