Suicide Prevention Day Special

Here are some personal encounters that I have had with suicide. Also a beginning of a breaking of the stigma on suicide. You matter, its simple and not much to ask from anyone. I swear its true you matter and I want you to know that to me and those around you you still matter. No one deserves to be sidelined or made to feel like their absence would not be noticed. We noticed and are here for you. Much love and many virtual hugs.
