Just north of downtown San Jose is a very beautiful neighborhood, Barrio Amon.  This was created from a huge coffee plantation back in the late 1800\'s.  The coffee barons from that period built beautiful mansions. . .the architecture here is simply amazing!

There are many restaurants, coffee houses, museums, art galleries and so much more.  Please add this area to your MUST SEE list.
