The God we serve is a God who moves in patterns. We call them cycles, or more precisely, 40-year cycles, what is known in the Bible as a generation. And the Bible is replete with examples of this. Discerning the season you are in is one of the keys of life. All seasons have a beginning and all seasons have an ending and we need to know what God is doing right now in order to be aligned with Him.
