Great conversation with singer, songwriter Shawn McDonald. I have always loved his music especially, because he is a storyteller. It wasn't at all surprising to me when he shared with me some of his inspirations growing up. I could say to myself, "Yes, yes, I can see that." As in his songs, our conversation is just as varied and colorful! He's a very interesting guy and his new CD The Analog Sessions is really good! Analog, has fallen by the wayside for so many looking at a fast, easy, cheap way to disseminate music digitally. BUT, when it comes to sound? Nothing compares.
