Singer, Songwriter Josh Wilson has a story. He puts many of his life experiences into words and music, especially on his new CD Carry Me, available in stores and online beginning April 8th, 2013. Josh shared what it felt like to be in his mid twenties experiencing panic attacks for the first time. He wasn't nervous or anxious about anything, but as he learned, you don't need to be nervous or anxious to experience one of those episodes. He writes all about it on his latest CD. We had a conversation about lots of things, songwriting, where God is taking him on this journey, and he shared many wise words of wisdom with me.
