John Maxwell states, “Leadership determines the level of effectiveness”. This is true for every organization, church, or family. The world often thinks and acts more strategic than the church. Amazingly, Jesus commends the world for its shrewdness in how it handles life issues often compared to his own followers. If we, the church, are going to reach the world, we must become shrewd, and learn to lead in this world. If we raise our leadership lid, together, we can increase our effectiveness as a church.
