b'Travis Lippert grew up in Lawrence, Kansas. He attended the US Air Force Academy, where he was a soaring instructor pilot, and graduated with a BS in human factors engineering in 1995. He served five years on active duty and attained the rank of captain.

Travis then embarked upon a 13-year career as the director of digital marketing for a pharmaceutical company with more than 35 national over-the-counter and prescription brands. In addition to his responsibility for the company\'s entire digital footprint, he led several special projects, ranging from getting a human antibiotic approved for dogs to NASCAR sponsorships. His final project propelled him into the cannabis industry in 2014.

In 2015, Travis founded Verks Unlimited, Ltd., (better known as Veedverks,) one of the first product manufacturing companies in the burgeoning CBD industry. Veedverks gained national recognition and notoriety when they became the first cannabis company to sponsor a NASCAR driver, Carl Long, in 2017. Veedverks won the 2018 Connoisseur Cup for best vape pen, and their Amelia brand of pain relief lotions 2019 Connoisseur Cup for best topical product.

Travis is actively involved in the movement to end cannabis prohibition. As host of "Live from the Mighty Veedverks Airship," his live broadcasts have reached thousands of entrepreneurs, patients, and activists.

He is currently pursuing his MBA at the University of Colorado at Boulder Leeds School of Business.
