b'If you want to watch the video with slides: https://youtu.be/vyaZac6js1A\\n\\nIf we have a Sprint Backlog, essentially the plan for the Sprint, why do we need a Sprint Goal?\\n\\nSoftware development is complex and we cannot plan perfectly for the unknown. This is frequently neglected during our Sprint Planning where we commit to a plan (Spring Backlog). When we create a Sprint Backlog, there should be an expectation that work will emerge during the Sprint and the scope may need to be re-negotiated.\\n\\nThe Sprint Goal helps provide focus on an objective we want to achieve and allows the flexibility to negotiate the work to achieve that objective. However, creating a clear Sprint Goal as well as adopting it can be challenging for Scrum Teams and stakeholders.\\n\\nIn this session I would like to share the challenges we faced moving from plans to goals, what we learned, our outcomes and finally, demonstrate tips and tools that can help you out on your journey.'
