As individuals within organizations, we may be trying our best to be inclusive, but not always know where to start. In this introductory workshop (led by Disabled and neurodivergent facilitators), we'll be discussing what it means to truly center access (out of love and justice, not obligation), and how to adapt our practices to meet the needs of our Disabled and neurodivergent community members. We'll be planting seeds to think more deeply about access, workshopping ideas for our workplaces, and thinking through how to make our events and virtual gatherings as inclusive as possible."
