POINT #1: We were treated special at the restaurant.
- The manager we met the night before treated us to a special dinner.
- When we came into the restaurant he asked if he could take the menus and have the chef surprise us.

- How and where are you pre-framing the experience for you competition
- This experience shows that he was cooking the same food but the packaging made it feel elite.
- The same goes for your brand and not owning your (.com) domain name.
POINT #3:
- How are you negotiating your domain names?
- How is your customer service?
- In this case I ended up giving out one of the biggest tips of the night just because of the special touch they gave us.
