Irish I Was on Vacation
The gang is once again all together in this historical shot as they taste the trophy that is “Irish I Was On Vacation” by Avery. Check in to hear their thoughts and a little about the inspiration behind it.
Recipe:
2.5oz Jameson Irish Whiskey
.5oz Jameson Cold Brew
.5oz Lemon Juice
.75oz Pineapple Juice
1oz Passion fruit puree honey (1:1)
24 drops of tiki bitters
Shake with ice for 10 seconds and dump into rocks glass. Top with fresh ice. Garnish with mint sprig and cinnamon stick.
