In case you’re new around here, this is our weekly podcast where we take all the complexities and the world of Real Estate and condense it into tasty tidbits of wisdom. It’s like a good cup of coffee, or a bite of toast that’s been perfectly buttered, but for your brain, and maybe your house? We don’t judge.

This week Brennen has the numbers, all of them. You’re going to hear the difference between the housing market for condos and single homes this year versus last year. What will this answer?
