To see the body of a purely innocent man stripped and nailed to a cross forces an unending series of words through our minds: fear, anger, torture, painful, unbearable, unfair, unbelievable. Yet for those who look at the cross through the eyes of the Savior, another word comes to mind. It's a word that is ironic at best. A word that shouldn't be used in this context.
