Recognizing the Difference Between Good and Evil (7/12/09)

Published: May 5, 2020, 8 p.m.

Sunday Service, originally aired July 12, 2009: Jesse Lee Peterson talks about whether people are able to recognize good and evil. Some people don't want to judge between it, but think it's good to question the morality of things. In one example, Jesse mentions how people spoke so well of black American pop singer Michael Jackson after he died a couple of weeks ago. They made him into a hero when he was gone. But while he lived, amid accusations and strange behavior, people talked about him like a dog — they didn't care about him, and even thought ill of him. People are phony!
