Considering how high of a body count 2016 had, this found footage “mockumentary” should feel very comforting. "Troll Hunter” isn’t dull, though. It reveals the mythology of trolls in stages, has good FX and the characters are all likable! There’s plenty of action, and some monsters, but it doesn’t have the authentic smells of a Viking museum. You’ll find out that Richard cannot stand filling out forms, which is something Will does just for fun. You’ll find out that trolls are stupid, even though they sometimes have several heads. Should the “mirror trope” be outlawed? We’ll tell you! What sea creatures can Aquaman NOT summon? We’ll tell you that too!
