Julisa is the owner of her own cocktail company (Sips & Sass) and also co-host a podcast (Dique Chisme). Listen in as we talk about the creation of Sips & Sass, and how hard it was to get the business started on her own. She talks to me about the process of creating her cocktails and having it down to a science. She also tells us about the creation of Dique Chisme and the growing pains of hosting a podcast with two friends. We also talk about the difference between compromising and settling, the importance of empathy, and becoming self-aware of your flaws in order to grow up.
