This month\\u2019s Conservative Friends of the Armed Forces podcast features three individuals each with their own individual link to the Armed Forces.

James Sunderland MP is the Member of Parliament for Bracknell who left the Army on winning his selection at the rank of Colonel.

\\n

Donna Gavin is a former Major who is on the candidates list and is spearheading @DigitalTories. As a former Royal Signaler she is taking part in the #RoyalSignals100 #100for100 challenge in June, where she will hike and run 100km across the Lake District in a single weekend. She\\u2019ll be wearing her Corps T-shirts and flying the flag to raise money for the Royal Signals Charity, improving the lives of serving signallers and disadvantage veterans.
