It was a skeleton staff at Celluloid Barbara HQ today, with quite possibly the worst audio recording ever put to tape. We sincerely apologise. This week we were looking at 'First Man', an astonishingly moving work by Damien Chazelle, including star turns by the stoic Ryan Gosling as Neil Armstrong and the Lemur-eyed Claire Foy as his supportive but concerned wife and ballast at home.
