Monday 12th November 2018: Leading US medical cannabis doctor, Dr Frank D'Ambrosio has today addressed the World Health Organisation (please see *attached*) branding the UK's recent so-called legalisation push as a "false dawn". At the moment Canada, in fully legalising medical cannabis, is technically in breach of the United Nations rulings about medical cannabis. So is the USA. As the UK heads rapidly towards full legalisation, key issues are being debated. This is the very first time the United Nations/World Health Organisation has ever conducted such an examination of cannabis scheduling. Dr. Frank D'Ambrosio, in his analysis, states that the UK, has ‘fallen short’. In his opinion, disinformation and ignorance from the large pharmaceuticals and doctors are leaving patients vulnerable to the whims of hospital specialists given the option to only administer medical cannbais to patients as a 'measure of last resort'.
