Precognitive ability has been discussed a lot in the news lately. The U.S. military has admitted to spending millions into researching this â??sixth sense.â?? The popular book Phenomena is also unpacking the concept. Now, a new book is bringing physical evidence of the ability to predict the future through visitors and dreams in even more unusual way: by examining the art of two-time Academy Award-winning actor and prolific painter Anthony Quinn. The book, written by Glenn Harte, an art expert and agent to the Quinn estate, is calledThe Prophetic Imagery of Anthony Quinn: A Study of Surrealism and Precognitive Art. Throughout his life, Quinn spoke and wrote about dreams and spirits that followed him. Often, he would paint those visions. Now, decades later, some of his paintings have proven to be almost prophetic, depicting scenes that came true decades after they were first put on canvas. Most notably, a painting called â??Faces of Liberty,â?? which seems to depict the scenes of September 11, painted more than 15 years before the attack ever happened. In The Prophetic Imagery of Anthony Quinn: A Study of Surrealism and Precognitive Art, Harte reveals to the public Quinnâ??s own personal writings and unpacks close examinations of his work, showing the fascinating evidence of the artists precognative ability.
