Biography of Stacey Brown Randall

With one business failure under her belt, Stacey Brown Randall knew when she started business #2 she had better do things different or she’d end up working for Corporate America for the rest of her life. That wasn’t an option she was willing to accept. Her first business was an HR consulting firm, with clients that included KPMG, Coca-Cola Bottling Consolidated, Snyder’s Lance, Ally Bank, and BDO USA With the launch of business #2, she cracked he code on how to generate referrals without asking. In her first year as a business coach she hit 112 referrals and continues to generate triple digit referrals every year since. She has helped hundreds build their own referral generating plans and has been featured in Entrepreneur magazine, Shining Mentor magazine and NAWBO One, the publication of National Association of Women Business Owners. She has also been featured on numerous TV, radio and podcast shows including WBTV in Charlotte, WHNZ Tampa Bay, Voice America Business Radio, Real Estate Rockstar Radio. Stacey is the host of Roadmap to Grow Your Business podcast. Stacey is the author of Generating Business Referrals Without Asking and has taught her “no asking” referral strategy to hundreds of companies, including: Bank of America, Wells Fargo Advisors, Sun Trust, Ameriprise Financial, Mass Mutual Carolinas, Carroll Financial, HM Properties, Dogtopia, International Minute Press, Learning Rx, O’Connor Insurance Associates, and Keller Williams. She is in the business of coaching, training, and consulting small business owners, solopreneurs, and business development professionals on how to grow their business through referrals without asking or paying for them.
