Creating a Motivation Mindset

When I say Monday, all kinds of NEGATIVE THOUGHTS come to mind.

\\n

"Ugh, it\\u2019s Monday" or "I\\u2019m having a Monday" or "It\\u2019s my Monday."

\\n

Chances are HIGH that you have probably SAID, HEARD OR THOUGHT that TODAY. 

\\n

With a simple practice we are going to start flipping the switch on that self-sabotaging thinking. 

\\n

Otherwise, in carrying those negativity about Mondays we are giving away 1/7 of our lives. 

\\n

If we live to 70 - we will have LOST 10 YEARS to Dread and Negativity!  

\\n

Remember that Passion Ignites and Motivates Us!

\\n

We Will keep working on those infusing Efficiency, Ease, Enjoyment and Progress into our Stress, Struggle and Suffering lists until we\\u2019ve CREATED Vision, Passion, Purpose and Eager Anticipation into our days because that\\u2019s what we are here for \\u2013 not to struggle and get by!

I am so happy to be on this journey to Wellness Together!

We are the BRINGIN the LIFE BACK into Our Lives!

I\\u2019m doing that this week by getting a sassy haircut and infusing some joy into my wardrobe.

That\\u2019s the way I am bringin life back into my life!
