Self-worth is at the core of our very selves\\u2014

It\\u2019s our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and how they determine how we view our worthiness and value as human beings.

\\n

According to the self-worth theory, self-worth is determined mostly by our self-evaluated abilities and our performance in one or more activities that we label as valuable.

\\n

Unfortunately, we have the bad habit of commonly using other people\\u2019s measuring sticks to measure our self-worth.

\\n

So, we are going to explore, unpack and re-assemble the construction of how we think about our worthiness.
