Today\\u2019s Wellness Warrior Mindset practice is: Creating Excitement First, we have to get our mindset straight. Let go of the ideas that we are meant to carry heavy things alone and meant to deny pain \\u2013 deny we are stressed, deny we are struggling and deny when we are suffering. That is all based on a misguided mindset \\u2013 inherited from well-meaning people who didn\\u2019t know and understand themselves very well. People who denied, stuffed and avoided dealing with painful feelings. This is the Number 1 way we torture ourselves instead of setting ourselves up for success. We are not meant for a life-sentence carrying the weight of everything that caused us pain. But, we make a habit out of it because we are not prepared for emotional wellness. So, that\\u2019s WHY Wellness Wednesdays get me fired up! It\\u2019s a FOCUS Day (I will always maintain EVERY DAY is a Focus day) but that\\u2019s a topic for a different day!
