Emzirmenin ast\\u0131m, alerjik hastal\\u0131klar ve solunum yolu enfeksiyonlar\\u0131na kar\\u015f\\u0131
nas\\u0131l bir tesiri oldu\\u011fu, 80 y\\u0131ld\\u0131r t\\u0131p d\\xfcnyas\\u0131n\\u0131n merak etti\\u011fi bir konudur. Yak\\u0131n
d\\xf6nem \\xe7al\\u0131\\u015fmalar\\u0131 ile bebeklik \\xe7a\\u011f\\u0131nda (0\\u20132 ya\\u015f) anne s\\xfct\\xfcn\\xfcn alt solunum yollar\\u0131 enfeksiyonlar\\u0131na kar\\u015f\\u0131 bebe\\u011fi korudu\\u011fu konusunda bir \\ufffdikir birli\\u011fi olu\\u015fmu\\u015ftur. genetik fakt\\xf6rlerin kompleksli\\u011fi sebebiyle, ba\\u015fta ast\\u0131m olmak \\xfczere geni\\u015f yelpazesi olan alerjik hastal\\u0131klara kar\\u015f\\u0131 anne s\\xfct\\xfcn\\xfcn kesin olarak koruyucu oldu\\u011funun hen\\xfcz netle\\u015fmemi\\u015f olmas\\u0131 normal kar\\u015f\\u0131lanmal\\u0131d\\u0131r.5
Emzirmenin \\xe7ocukluk \\xe7a\\u011f\\u0131 solunum yolu hastal\\u0131klar\\u0131na tesiri ele al\\u0131n\\u0131rken,
ast\\u0131m\\u0131n odak noktas\\u0131 olmas\\u0131n\\u0131n sebebi; toplumda ast\\u0131m s\\u0131kl\\u0131\\u011f\\u0131n\\u0131n giderek artmas\\u0131d\\u0131r. Ast\\u0131m \\xe7ocukluk \\xe7a\\u011f\\u0131nda en s\\u0131k g\\xf6r\\xfclen kronik hastal\\u0131kt\\u0131r ve kompleks

Ayr\\u0131ca erken do\\u011fum, d\\xfc\\u015f\\xfck do\\u011fum a\\u011f\\u0131rl\\u0131\\u011f\\u0131, gen\\xe7
anne ya\\u015f\\u0131 ve solunum yollar\\u0131 enfeksiyonlar\\u0131na erken d\\xf6nemde maruz kalma, ast\\u0131m riskini art\\u0131ran fakt\\xf6rlerdir.7

yolu enfeksiyonlar\\u0131na kar\\u015f\\u0131 bebe\\u011fi korudu\\u011fu ispatlanm\\u0131\\u015ft\\u0131r. Emzirme, bula\\u015f\\u0131c\\u0131
hastal\\u0131klara kar\\u015f\\u0131 acil bir savunma hatt\\u0131 sa\\u011flayarak mua\\ufffdiyet sistemi hen\\xfcz geli\\u015fmemi\\u015f olan bebeklerin enfeksiyonlara kar\\u015f\\u0131 diren\\xe7 g\\xf6stermelerine yard\\u0131mc\\u0131 olur. Anne s\\xfct\\xfcn\\xfcn, bebe\\u011fin ba\\u011f\\u0131\\u015f\\u0131kl\\u0131k sistemine deste\\u011finde en b\\xfcy\\xfck pay,
ba\\u011f\\u0131rsaklarda uygun mikroorganizmalar\\u0131n\\u0131n geli\\u015fmesine destek olmas\\u0131nda ve
muhtevas\\u0131ndaki \\xe7ok say\\u0131da di\\u011fer unsurlardad\\u0131r.'
