He began his career in Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) in 1990 where he was Managing Director, in Accenture\\u2019s Talent and Organization, Service Line. In 2006, he was recruited to IBM Global Business Services where he led IBM\\u2019s global Human Capital Management (HCM) consulting practice.
He was most recently Vice President, SAP SuccessFactors for Europe, Middle East and Africa. He led SuccessFactors\\u2019 HR Advisory teams across the region.
In January 2021, Tim was named \\u201cMost Outstanding HR Consultant and Conference Speaker 2021 \\u2013 UK\\u201d by Corporate Vision Magazine
Tim has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Max M. Fisher College of Business, The Ohio State University. He is also a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
