You know there's a lot going on below the surface but damned if you can pinpoint it. As coaches, we live in a world of 'judgement free awareness.' Think for a moment of all the people in your life. Is there anyone that does NOT have an agenda? Think hard. On the surface this may sound cynical but it is not meant to be. It's simply human nature. People, especially those closest to you, cannot help but have built in biases that will color the 'advice' they offer. I don't. Have an agenda. Other than to help you succeed in every way possible.
