Taylor Balfour
In this weeks episode I talk to the lovely Taylor Balfour. She is the editor and chief of the Carillon newspaper at the University of Regina. 2 years ago she lost her sister and best friend, Rachel, to a drug overdose. We discuss Rachel, stigma, the opioid crisis and the need for places like Prairie Harm Reduction in our cities.
