Rachel Balcarek - I didn't leave my house for four years because of fear

Rachel is all the way from Edinburgh Scotland. She talks about her past suffering with Emetophobia, the fear of all things involving throwing up. Rachel's fears were so severe that it turned into agoraphobia and she didn't left her house for 4 years other than to let her dog out. The phobia took over her life. Listen to how she managed, suffered and ultimately recovered.
