Michael Landsberg is a Canadian sports journalist, former host of TSN's Off the Record and mental health advocate. Michael also has his own charity #sicknotweak where he has started a movement to end the stigma around mental health. In his 2012 documentary, Darkness and Hope: Depression, Sports and Me, he speaks about his struggles with depression and anxiety with other sufferers including well known sports celebrities.
