If you\u2019re a parent, I\u2019m sure I don\u2019t have to tell you that these are very difficult times.\xa0During this global pandemic, parents are being asked to simultaneously do multiple different jobs at the same time, and the expectations and\xa0evaluations we\u2019re placing on ourselves can be crushing.\xa0

I recently stumbled upon a meme on Facebook, of all things, and I knew that I had to reach out to its author to ask her to come on the podcast.\xa0\xa0
