Show Summary After listening to an episode of the Tim Ferris show Mark Davies was inspred to experiment with the Ketogenic diet. After a perios of time on the diet Mark's type 1 diabetes was very well controlled, in fact he says better than before. Mark soon felt uninspred by his food choices and after a little research he and his partner Avni found a US based keto subscription box service and wanted to bring this type of option to the UK.
