Bucks County Bytes is proud to bring you Nick Liberto "Chef Nicky" who is well known as the host and executive producer of Netflix's Restaurants on the Edge.
Chef Nicky as he's known, as he is a familiar face in the restaurant industry, whether behind the scenes or in the kitchen working with his team preparing succulent meals for those hungry eyes... one can sense the excitement of the many tastes that Nick creates...and let me tell you, his social media posts will have you craving more for what is to come and what he's done for in the food industry.
Nick has returned home to Bucks County...bringing the love of food, experience, and family back to his roots. Listening to Nick I could hear and feel the warmth of his heart and how his plans are unfolding to bring his amazing deli, The Borscht Belt, close to our communities of Bucks, New Hope, Lambertville, and Stockton where he has found a home for The Borscht Belt. One of his fantastic projects is that of the 618 Hospitality, where he has set up a consulting agency to help restaurants and many others in the food industry during this pandemic that continues to impact the restaurant industry.
Chef Nick has so much to offer our community so make sure to listen to Bucks County Bytes podcast in its entirety, as Nick talks about work ethic, struggles, rewards, family, food, creativity, 2020 crisis, and so much more.
Chef Nicky is a wonderful person, father, husband, master chef, creator, producer and I could go on! Bucks County welcomes him home and Nick and his family await more adventure as we welcome 2021!
Thank you Chef Nicky for all you do.
