Matt told me during the interview that real estate is exploding with new growth, as more and more people move across the country to work anywhere as the home is where the new office is. We are seeing an explosive growth of New York City residents move to Bucks County where they can have the shops, restaurants, and space provided that Bucks County is known for.  Matt loves what he does as he is providing a great service to so many seeking their future homes. He spoke of one particular property that dates back to 1777, located on 1738 Bridgetown Pike in Feasterville, PA, and says the history behind some of the homes is just amazing. He loves what he does as he meets so many people from across the tri-state area as well as across the country. I tried to get him to give me a discount on the 8.9 million dollar estate...it was worth a shot! Yes, I fell in love with Matt's listings as they are such amazing homes in Bucks County.
