Episode 16 "Veterans Day"

Published: Nov. 11, 2020, noon

Happy Veteran's Day!  As Veteran's ourselves, we are excited to celebrate today with everyone and most especially our Brothers and Sisters who are serving and have served in our Nation's Armed Forces.

The Brothers in Armchairs Podcast celebrate Veteran's Day by watching and reviewing five movies that represent the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, and Coast Guard.  They've changed their format up a bit, but as usual, will not skimp on content as they deliver a three and a half hour Pod!  Before each review, the Brothers will have some personal comments about the service each movie pertains to.  Each review discussion includes a variety of topics like background, writing, direction, actors, significant scenes, trivia, and more.  Finally, after each review, they will rate each movie with their rating system of "Play, Pass, or Pause".

Our lineup today includes the below.  Use our times stamps or chapter markers to go directly to any movie review:

Black Hawk Down (2011)  Hulu, Amazon Prime, Sling (05:00)

Heartbreak Ridge (1986)  Fubo, MaxGo, Philo (33:00)

Memphis Belle (1988)  Rent or Purchase (2:09:09)
