Our topic of conversation is ways to help reduce our stress levels. We will be discussing The Practice of Hatha Yoga, Meditation & energy healing. Our guests are Stacy McLean and Professor Kenshasa Shabaka, BRIC BFREE community producer of weekly, 1001 Ways to Cope With Stress.


April is National Autism Awareness Month. Stacy utilizes Hatha Yoga as a form of alternative therapy for those on the autism spectrum. It is a form of Sensory. Integration Therapy that helps these children deal more effectively with the overload of stimuli in their lives.
